We have recently discovered that unauthorized access by a third party has occurred to the reservation management system "TEMAIRAZU" (provided by Temairazu Co., Ltd.) that our hotel uses.
We have received a report from Temairazu Co., Ltd. that they have identified the source of the unauthorized access, completed countermeasures for that area, and taken necessary steps to prevent recurrence.
We ask our guests to be extremely careful, as you may receive suspicious emails or SMS messages impersonating our hotel in the future.
【Precautions to take when you receive a suspicious message】
• Do not open any URLs or links included in the message.
• Do not enter your credit card information or personal information.
• Do not reply to suspicious messages.
• Do not follow the instructions in the message to make any payments or transfers.
• To confirm your reservation details, please contact the hotel or Official website of the accommodation booking site you used directly.
If you accidentally enter your credit card information or personal information on a suspicious website, please contact your credit card company or other relevant authority immediately.For inquiries regarding this matter, please contact the following office.

We have confirmed instances where suspicious messages containing the phrase "Your reservation has been cancelled (in English)" are being sent.We will not notify you of a unilateral cancellation via messaging apps or similar means.Please be extremely careful not to reply to messages or access any links within them.
