A luxurious vacation home right in front of the sea

You can see a beautiful sunset, and on the opposite shore you can see Miura Peninsula, Jogashima, and especially in winter, Mt Fuji.
It is a 5-minute drive from Tateyama Expressway Hota Interchange, and Fisherman's Restaurant Banya and Odoya supermarket are right in front of the hotel.
There is little flat land here in Hota, and the train runs on flat land.
It doesn't bother me during the day, but the noise of the trains in the morning may bother some people who are sensitive.
However, the sea is right in front of the building and the train runs behind it.
I think the situation is similar to that of Kamakura or Izu, and it has a lot of charm.
