    The 29m2 Western-style room on the basement floor is equipped with a ping pong table, which you can use free of charge.

Prohibited matter

・Our villa is located in a mountain area, and due to concerns about forest fires, the use of fireworks has been prohibited by the local management association.
・Please separate your garbage and place it in the garbage bin.
・Please note that there is a private house below the balcony, so smoking and throwing cigarette butts is prohibited on the balcony.
・Noise after 9:00pm is prohibited.
・Please leave the BBQ coals as is.
Do not pour water or other liquids on the product as it may cause holes in it.
It would be very helpful if you could wash the dishes.
