The following measures will be taken to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection. We appreciate your cooperation.
(1) At check-in, we will take measures to prevent infection, such as avoiding face-to-face contact, and then conduct temperature measurements and identity verification for all travelers.
(2) If you have a fever or have a cold symptom, check the physical condition such as temperature of the tourist, and ask the public health center for instructions, including on weekends, and take appropriate measures.
(3) Regarding the use of communal facilities such as baths and restaurants, we will set a limit on the number of people and a time limit, and take thorough measures to prevent the use of three people.
④ In the buffet system, devise a method of serving meals such as providing meals individually, sharing by employees, or preparing tongs and chopsticks for individual customers to avoid sharing, and separating seats for meals. Thorough measures will be taken against the three stakes.
⑤ Thoroughly disinfect and ventilate common areas such as guest rooms and elevators.
*The Japan Tourism Agency has announced that it is desirable to refrain from group tours for young people, group tours for elderly people who are vulnerable to serious illness, and tours involving large numbers of banquets.
