Hypotonic weak alkaline cold spring hot water

During the Tensho era (1573-1591), it was reported that a wounded lawyer healed his wounds with a cold spring that escaped to this land.
It is said that the lawyer saved people in the cold spring.
The villagers came to call this Houshi "Gobo-sama of Hosenbo", which is why it is said to have been named Housenbou Onsen
Hypotonic weak alkaline cold spring water has the effect of washing away dead skin cells.
It is called "Bijin no Yu" or "Makeup no Yu" because it softens and smoothes the skin.

Information on "Kuaterume Housenbou" hot spring facility

Guests staying at the hotel can use the large communal bath at the adjacent Kuaterume Housenbou.
(During the business hours of Kuaterume Housenbou) On Tuesdays, Kuaterume Housenbou is closed, so the hot spring facilities cannot be used.　　　　　Therefore, guests who wish to take a bath are asked to use the small bath.
