When using a car
Access method 1: Shinjuku
Go R139 in front of Mt Fujim, go straight for Kawaguchi Ko (lake) (right) for about 5 to 10 minutes. Chuo Expressway Kawaguchiko IC to IC exit, R139 for Yamanaka Ko (lake)

Access method 2: Nagoya Yokohama
If you head straight towards Mt Fuji, you will reach R139 Continue straight towards Lake Yamanaka Ko (lake) (left) for about 5 to 10 minutes, then Tomei Gotenba Gotemba → East Fuji → Yamanaka Ko (lake) exit ~ IC exit, or take R139 towards Kawaguchi Ko (lake) or Fujiyoshida.
