Cancellation procedure

・Cancellations can be made by phone or through the online reservation system we provide.
・Cancellations can only be accepted during our facility's business hours.

Payment of cancellation fee

・Cancellation fees must be paid by the designated method within 7 days of the cancellation being confirmed.
・If you have already prepaid for your stay, we will refund the remaining amount, minus any applicable cancellation fees.

Changes

The same conditions as for cancellations apply to rescheduling a reservation.
Where changes are possible, additional charges may apply.
