After making a reservation, please enter the reservation and authentication code sent to your email.
Please enter your details on the provided check-in tablet or your smartphone.
Please enter your information according to the instructions.

We provide check-in instructions in Japanese, English, Chinese, and Korean.

We will provide you with tea and snacks and coupons that can be used at the supermarket "Heimat."

During your stay, you can enjoy 10% off any purchases you make at the supermarket "Heimat" across the street!
*Heimat is closed on Sundays.

You can shop at reasonable prices with coupons that can be used at the supermarket "Heimat" in front of the hotel.

This is an unmanned accommodation facility, but if you have any problems, please ask the staff at Heimat in front of the hotel.
