Be sure to place a fire-retardant board under your fire pit to prevent the grass from burning.
We offer free flame-retardant board rentals, so please contact the reception.

All lodges are equipped with refrigerators, kettles, and electrical outlets both indoors and outdoors.
Tables and chairs are also available for free rental.

・Check-out is at 11:00 am the next day.
・There is no need to make a special request when checking out.
・Many people forget things.Please double check to make sure you haven't left anything behind.
・Please turn off the refrigerator.
・Access is available 24 hours a day.When you go out, please lock the lodge from the outside using the padlock located inside.
・There are no spare keys, so please be careful not to lose your key.
・In case of rain, please ensure hatches and windows are fully closed and stair treads are raised when going out or leaving the building as rain will get in.

We ask that you take your trash home with you.
In unavoidable circumstances, we will accept your request for a management fee of 500 yen.
Please help us by separating your garbage.(*In particular, keep fuel tanks separate.)
When putting out garbage, please make sure to put a lid on it as crows will scatter it around.

The grass was laid with great care, so it is very difficult to maintain.
Many people burn the grass before leaving.
The handmade tables and chairs are made to make customers comfortable, but some people have burnt the tabletops.
We offer free rental of a protective stand and flame-retardant sheeting for your campfire pit, so please let us know if you require these.

Campfires are prohibited during strong winds.
Please be careful not to let the fire spread to the surrounding fallen leaves and forests.
If you use a fire pit, make sure it is at least 15cm above the floor and is covered with a flame-retardant sheet.
Please be careful not to burn the grass.

The ground is clayey, soft and brittle, so the tires sink into it.
Please do not drive your car tires over the grass.

Setting up a tarp in strong winds can be dangerous as the wind can blow it around.
In addition, campsites may be closed during inclement weather.(A good guideline is when a disaster warning is issued in the weather forecast.)

In such cases, the campsite will contact customers with reservations to inform them that they will no longer be able to use the campsite.

Cancellations can be made due to weather, work, illness, etc.

There is no cancellation fee.
