2. If all dates of a consecutive stay reservation are cancelled, the cancellation fee entered in the "Cancellation Fee Rate" column will be charged for all dates.
3. If some of the nights in a consecutive accommodation reservation are cancelled, the cancellation fee entered in the "Cancellation Fee Rate" column will be charged for all of the cancelled nights.
4. If a reservation for multiple people results in a reduction in the number of people, the above cancellation fee will be charged for the number of people canceled, regardless of the number of people in the reservation.
5. If the guest does not contact us within two hours of the scheduled arrival time, the accommodation contract may be deemed to have been cancelled by the guest.
(As the final check-in time is 23:00, even if the time two hours after your scheduled arrival time exceeds 23:00, we will assume that your reservation was cancelled at 23:00.)
