Cautions

【1】Prohibited acts according to the rules of use set by the museum (smoking, mischief, not disposing of trash, theft within the facility)
If you do not follow the rules, we will charge you compensation for damages, including cleaning and repair costs.

【2】As a general rule, we will not accept reservations from foreign guests who do not understand Japanese.

【3】We do not accept children under elementary school age.
Children of elementary school age or older will be counted as one person even if the fare is the same as for adults.

【4】Check-in is from 16:00 to 20:00, and check-out is at 10:00.
If you are late for check-in and do not contact us, your reservation will be cancelled.
Even if the guest voluntarily does not stay after the hotel has provided the guest room to the guest and made it available for use, the accommodation fee will still be charged.

【5】When the guest has caused the need for cleaning or repair of the accommodation facilities such as bedding, curtains, litter, and removal of cigarette smells due to their intentional or negligent actions,
As compensation for business interruption during the repair period, we will pay up to 50,000 yen per room.

【6】Please refrain from bringing electric or gas stoves or BBQ equipment into the facility.
