Located about a 3-minute drive from QUAYTH, you'll find "Guest House Sankenya," a guest house in a 94-year-old traditional Japanese house.Like QUAYTH, this facility is also located close to the center of Shirahama and, as it is a traditional Japanese architectural building, it is frequently used by guests from overseas.The second floor consists of guest rooms (three rooms with locks), and the first floor is a shared space (living room, kitchen, bathroom, washroom, and washroom).

About Sangenya
"Sangenya" was originally the name of this area, but it is no longer in use.
The name "Sangenya" (meaning "three houses") is said to have originated from the fact that the Iwaki family, an old family from Shirahama, had only three houses lined up in this area.Guest House Sangenya is one of these three guest houses, so we named the facility "Guest House Sangenya" based on its historical background.

Sankenya has a shared space on the first floor (living room, kitchen, washroom, bathroom, and toilet), and three guest rooms on the second floor (all Japanese-style rooms with air conditioning and locks).
It is also possible to rent the entire building.
