Here is the schedule for Auf, heat wave, and healing sauna sessions in June!

This is a very popular Aufguss event held regularly every month!

In the meditation sauna, the overtones of the Tibed instrument singing bowl provide healing from hearing to the brain.
Concentrate and sweat slowly, and the healing effect is great.
