Exit JR Shin-Koiwa Station South Exit (in front of the rotary) and cross the two traffic lights in front of you.
Enter Lumiere Shopping Street in front of the traffic lights and continue straight.
Go straight for about 1 minute and you will see Kusuri no Fukutaro (drugstore)
There is a staircase next to Kusuri no Fukutaro (drugstore) that takes you up to the second floor, where you will find the front desk of Rainbow Shin-Koiwa.
