  • Yugawara sightseeing spots

    • Yugawara Museum of Art

      Reiji Hiramatsu, Suho Takeuchi, Sotaro Yasui, Shinsui Ito, Katsumi Miyake, etc.
      You can see the works of painters related to Yugawara.
      There is also a cafe, so please relax and enjoy.

    • Fudo Falls

      A famous waterfall with a drop of 15m.
      Substitute Fudoson on the left side of the waterfall
      On the right side is the Seisei Daikokuson.
      There is a promenade near the waterfall, so it's a powerful score.
      There is also a teahouse where you can enjoy amazake.
    • Seiganji Temple

      Statue of Mihei Dohi and Enpei father and son of the land.
      The Toi clan's graveyard, Shichikidō, said to be 800 years old
      There is a juniper tree, a natural monument.
    • Sunday Tourism Morning Market

      Fresh local vegetables, a wide variety of mandarin oranges, and dried fish using fresh fish caught in the sea in front of you.

    • Ume-no-Utage(Late January to early March)

      On the foothills of "Makuyama Park" where you can meet magnificent natural scenery throughout the four seasons,
      Approximately 4,000 red and white plums bloom like a plum carpet,
      The garden is wrapped in the scent of plums.
    • Orange marathon event(Last Sunday in March)

      Why do not you run in Yugawara in the early spring when you have a steam?
      After sweating, relax at Yugawara Onsen.
      3K (1st to 3rd grade elementary school, pair, family) is popular with young and old men and women.

    • Gen Yoritomo flag raising warrior procession(First Sunday of April)

      A warrior procession by Kamakura warriors imitating the rise of Gen Yoritomo and the local hero, Mihei Toi.
      About 100 Yoritomo masters and servants parade around the town.
      On the day of the festival, a Toi festival will be held at Jogan-ji Temple in honor of the achievements of Jihei Toi.

      Raised in a firefly hut in Manyo Park
      Larvae of Genji firefly released in spring grow
