| About checkout | Check out is at 11:00 am. If the staff is not available, simply return the card to the card return slot to complete checkout. Please take care on your way home. 【important point】 *If you lose your card or forget to return it, you will be charged ¥20,000. *It cannot be extended. *The staff will enter the room after 11:00. *If the cleaning staff cannot enter the room, we will charge ¥15,000 per person. |

| About room key | If you forget your room key, you will not be able to enter the room, so be sure to take your room key with you when you go out. The room key is also required to unlock the auto-lock door at the entrance. If you have someone with you in the room, you can unlock it from your room by pressing the room number on the intercom at the entrance. |

| For consecutive stay guests | There is basically no room cleaning for consecutive stays. We will put towels for the number of people and new garbage bags in front of the door. If you have towels or garbage to collect, please do so in front of the door. (There is no need to separate garbage.) |

| About using karaoke | If you are staying in a room with karaoke, please be considerate of the volume, noise, and vibration of karaoke, especially at night. |

| No smoking inside the facility | Smoking is prohibited in the hotel and guest rooms. If you smoke in the room or on the veranda, we will charge ¥80,000 as compensation for cleaning the room and business during the sales suspension period. |
