(1) We regularly wipe and disinfect places that many people come into contact with, such as the hot spring building.
(2) The parts of the guest room that are touched by customers are wiped and disinfected during cleaning.

③ You will be asked to measure your body temperature at the reception when using the hot springs.
④ At check-in, we thoroughly inform you about temperature measurement, identity verification, and "matters that travelers should comply with".
⑤ Vinyl curtains and acrylic tsuitates are installed at the front desk, cash register, and other places facing customers.

(1) For ventilation of common spaces in this facility, we are taking measures such as opening windows and doors and introducing outside air with air conditioning equipment.
(2) At restaurants, we are implementing infection prevention measures such as reducing the number of tables and seats.
③ There are restrictions on the number of people who can use common facilities such as bathhouses and eating and drinking establishments.

④ During your stay at the hotel, we ask you to wear a mask, wash your hands and disinfect your hands in public spaces.
⑤ For hand disinfection, disinfectants are installed at the entrance, front desk, restaurant, shop, and hot spring entrance.
⑥ Employees will respond after wearing a mask.

We have a large selection of specialty teas, strawberries, Youra konjac, shiitake logs, seasonal gifts from Sagaramura, and specialty products from Hinoyoshi Kuma.
We also have a variety of fresh seasonal vegetables brought in by local farmers every morning.Vegetables are fresh and cheap! It is very popular not only with Murauchi but also with guests staying at the hotel.
