We have recently experienced a problem with the hot spring facilities, and with the safety of our guests as our number one priority, we have decided to close the facility immediately.
We are currently carrying out construction work.Therefore, the hot springs are open to men and women on alternate days.
We would like to inform you that.We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
　　　　　On odd-numbered days, only men are allowed, and on even-numbered days, only women are allowed.

Infection control

  • Infection control "cleaning and disinfection in this facility" [Customer health check】

    (1) We regularly wipe and disinfect places that many people come into contact with, such as the hot spring building.
    (2) The parts of the guest room that are touched by customers are wiped and disinfected during cleaning.

    ③ You will be asked to measure your body temperature at the reception when using the hot springs.
    ④ At check-in, we thoroughly inform you about temperature measurement, identity verification, and "matters that travelers should comply with".
    ⑤ Vinyl curtains and acrylic tsuitates are installed at the front desk, cash register, and other places facing customers.

  • Infection measures "Infection prevention measures in this facility" [Other】

    (1) For ventilation of common spaces in this facility, we are taking measures such as opening windows and doors and introducing outside air with air conditioning equipment.
    (2) At restaurants, we are implementing infection prevention measures such as reducing the number of tables and seats.
    ③ There are restrictions on the number of people who can use common facilities such as bathhouses and eating and drinking establishments.

    ④ During your stay at the hotel, we ask you to wear a mask, wash your hands and disinfect your hands in public spaces.
    ⑤ For hand disinfection, disinfectants are installed at the entrance, front desk, restaurant, shop, and hot spring entrance.
    ⑥ Employees will respond after wearing a mask.

    We have a large selection of specialty teas, strawberries, Youra konjac, shiitake logs, seasonal gifts from Sagaramura, and specialty products from Hinoyoshi Kuma.
    We also have a variety of fresh seasonal vegetables brought in by local farmers every morning.Vegetables are fresh and cheap! It is very popular not only with Murauchi but also with guests staying at the hotel.

    We can also arrange for courier service.

  • We will inform you of the opening date for the pool in 2028 once it has been decided.

    Pool operating period for fiscal year 2025　　

    　*　Open every day in August until the 31st

    　　Business hours: 10:00 to 16:00

    *1 hour break from 12:00 to 13:00

    *　Please wear a swimming cap


    Note*Please note that there is a break from 12:00 to 13:00 for safety confirmation.

    The fee is 700 yen for adults, 450 yen for children, and 300 yen for attendants.


    　*　Due to its popularity, the pool will be open for a limited time in September.

    　　September 6, 7, 13, 14, 15, 20, 21　We will be open from 12 noon to 4pm only
