It's almost 50 years since our founding, and over half a century we've created a variety of specialty dishes.

The origin of the name of the town where our Adako is located is ``An octopus climbed up to the edge of the rice field.''”.
In fact, many octopuses have been caught in the rocky areas of Matoya Bay (inland sea) for a long time.
Because of the name of the place and the fact that they are caught in large quantities, ``Takomeshi'' is a local specialty.
Each house has a ``takomeshi'' with a slightly different twist.
We want you to enjoy this atmosphere, so we offer kamameshi style at our inn.
Enjoy the aromatic flavor of freshly cooked rice.
In addition, our hotel's hidden specialty is the service manager's secret simmered dishes.

  • Dinner with ama hut experience

    Since ancient times, Ama divers have been on the beach warming their cold bodies after fishing.
    There were several huts where people grilled the catch of the day over charcoal, ate it, and chatted happily.
    In such an old-fashioned shack, a local ama diver wearing an ama costume appeared.
    You can enjoy the experience of grilling fresh seafood to the perfect timing.
    Talking with a full accent is the best secret.

    It was built by Ama divers to warm their bodies after fishing. "Furnace”
    A relaxing place to start a fire with wood and rest your chilled body... Such a place is an ama hut.
    When mothers gather together, it is natural that they will be served food, tea, and sometimes alcohol.
    Fun conversations and laughter are also a must.
    We want our customers to experience this exquisite atmosphere as well.
    With this in mind, we built a shack called an ama hut next to our inn.
    There are many gaps to let out the smoke from the wood fire.
    Rather than turning it into a tourist facility, we have faithfully recreated the real thing.
    This is another fun... Please enjoy it with an open mind.

      It's an old-fashioned shack.
      Since this is a place where you can warm up your body even in summer, there are no air conditioners or other cooling equipment installed.
      Enjoy the natural night breeze passing by the seaside.
      The service may not be available due to weather conditions, especially wind and rain.
      (Rain may enter through the smoke vent and cause a leak.)
      Depending on the safety and comfort of our guests, we may advise you to change your dining location on the same day.
      In that case, we will serve the same menu at the restaurant on the first floor of our facility.
      We will change the shape so that the Ama divers grill it to a nice seasoning.
