Regarding co-sleeping with your child

Children can only share a bed with their parents in twin rooms.(Children cannot share a bed in single or double rooms.))
One child can share a bed with one adult.(Up to 2 people)
For children sharing a bed with their parents, please pay 1,000 yen per child at the hotel.

*If you arrive after 24:00, your reservation will be cancelled.
*Parking (including for large motorcycles) and bicycle parking (for small motorcycles and bicycles) are by reservation only.If you have any requests, please write them in the comments section when making your reservation.
*Please register your mobile phone number when making your reservation.(We will only contact you in case of delays or lost items.))

Cancellation provisions

・On the day of arrival:80% of room rate
・Cancellation without any contact(No-show):100% of room rate
*If there are specific cancellation policies set for each accommodation plan, those policies will take precedence.

Accommodation tax

In accordance with Osaka Prefectural Ordinance, a lodging tax will be charged separately per person per night (¥200 for stays between ¥5,000 and ¥14,999 / ¥400 for stays between ¥15,000 and ¥19,999 / ¥500 for stays above ¥20,000).
