Classes for children, starting with the water familiarization class

Water acclimatization class　　
Through playing in the water, you will master breathing techniques and floating body.
Wednesday 17:55 to 18:40

Basic A (Breathing) Class
Master your crawl breathing technique.
Wednesday 18:50 to 19:35

Basic B (hand crank) class
Master the hand crank.
Thursday 17:55 to 18:40

Crawl/backstroke class
Master the crawl and backstroke.
Thursday 18:50 to 19:35

Basic C(Flutter kick)
Master the crawl flutter kick
Friday 17:55 to 18:40

Breaststroke/Butterfly class
Breaststroke/Butterfly Master and Crawl
Comprehensive backstroke training.
Friday 18:50 to 19:35

upbringing classroom
This is a class for children who can swim all four strokes to further hone their skills.
Saturday 17:30 to 18:15

adult classroom
From those who cannot swim at all to those who want to swim more comfortably
Participants will master 4 strokes according to their swimming ability.
Held on Thursdays from 14:00 to 14:45
Saturday from 18:30 to 19:15
