Q. What payment methods can I use?
A. Only credit cards are accepted.Please note that cash and code payments are not accepted.

Q. Can I bring pets?
A. Guide dogs and assistance dogs are allowed, but prior confirmation is required, so please contact the hotel when making your reservation.

Q. Is smoking allowed inside the hotel? ​
A. No.The entire hotel is non-smoking, including the rooms and restaurant.​
If you violate the non-smoking policy, we will charge you a cleaning fee of 30,000 yen*.

Q. Can I send my luggage before my stay?
A. Please write down the name of the person making the reservation, the check-in date, luggage details, and contact information and send it to the address below.​
