The following measures will be taken to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection. We appreciate your cooperation.
(1) At check-in, we will take measures to prevent infection, such as avoiding face-to-face contact, and then conduct temperature measurements and identity verification for all travelers.
(2) If you have a fever or have a cold symptom, check the health condition of the traveler such as a thermometer and ask the public health center for instructions, including on weekends, and take appropriate measures.
(3) Regarding the use of shared facilities such as baths and restaurants, we will set a limit on the number of people and a time limit, and thoroughly implement measures to prevent the use of three people.
④ In the buffet style, devise ways to serve meals, such as providing meals individually, sharing them by employees, or preparing individual customer-specific tongs and chopsticks to avoid sharing, and separating seats from each other. Thorough measures will be taken against the three stakes.
⑤ Thoroughly disinfect and ventilate common areas such as guest rooms and elevators.
