If you would like to have a parking lot while staying at our hotel (City Hotel Hiroki), please contact us when making a reservation.
(Parking reservations will not be accepted on the day of stay, so please contact us the day before your stay)
●At the time of booking, we will ask you in advance for your name, mobile phone number, accommodation date, car plate number, manufacturer, car model, and color.
●The parking lot of our hotel is located on the premises of Mitsui Repark, but there is no machine for the charge meter, so please be careful not to make any mistakes.
●Parking is available from 30 minutes before check-in time to 30 minutes after check-out time.
Please refrain from parking other than the usage time regulations.

●Please understand that large vehicles such as buses cannot be parked.
●You must park your car yourself.
●Please note that we are not liable for any damage or theft of your vehicle or property damage of your vehicle to other vehicles when using the parking lot.
●In the unlikely event that a customer who uses the parking lot loses the property of the hotel parking lot, we will charge a repair fee.
●Please refrain from parking other than those who reserve the accommodation / parking lot.
In the unlikely event that we are discovered, we will charge a penalty according to the parking lot agreement.
In addition, we may move the tow truck without contacting the owner.
Please understand that all expenses will be paid by the owner of the car and we will not be responsible for any damage to the car when parking or moving the tow truck.
