Q. What are the check-in and check-out times?

A. Normally check-in is from 3pm and check-out is at 10am.
　　It is possible to arrive early and leave your luggage and go out.

Q. Can I extend the check-out time?

A. Please contact us.In some cases, it may not be possible to extend the check-out time.

Q. What kind of view can you see from the room?

A. Hojo, you can enjoy the courtyard from the new building.

Q. Can I connect to the Internet?

A. In the lobby (next to Omoteraji office), there is one computer that can connect to the internet. Please use it.Free WiFi is also available in this lobby.

Q. Please tell me about the amenities goods in the guest room

A. Towels, toothbrushes, yukatas, and Tanzen are available in each room.

Q. Please tell me about the equipment in the guest room.

A. We can also keep your luggage at the Omoteraji office.

Q. Do you have a room with a bath and toilet?

A. There are 2 rooms with toilets and 1 room with bath / toilet, but the rates are different.
　　There is also a large public bath (by gender).

Q. Do you have a Japanese-style room?

A. All rooms are Japanese style.

Q. Where is the meal?

A. As a general rule, we will serve you in the dining room.We may also serve in the hall during groups or during busy periods.

Q. What time does the meal start?

A. Dinner is scheduled for 17:30.Breakfast is after the morning duty (Otsutome) is over.

Q. Do you have a children's menu?

A. There is no special menu for children, but we will do our best to meet you if you consult us in advance.(Example) Kids meal(Omelet rice, hamburger, etc.)

A. Please apply to Omoteraji Office.

Q. Is there a drink / cigarette vending machine?

A. Although it is not in our hospital, there is a vending machine for drinks and cigarettes immediately after leaving our hospital.
　　There is also a convenience store nearby.

Q. Is there a souvenir shop?

A. There are several local souvenir shops around our hospital, which we do not have.

Q. Is the toilet Japanese or Western style?

A. In addition to Japanese style, Western style is also available.

Q. Is there a large public bath?

A. There are male and female bathhouses.There is no morning bath.
　　Please use soap and shampoo as they are provided.

Q. What are the facilities such as hair dryers available at the public bath?

A. We have one dryer at each dressing room.

Q. Is there a parking lot?

A. There is a free car park opposite our hospital, so please use it.

Q. Is there a parking space for wheelchairs?

A. There is no dedicated parking space, but if you use it, we will do our best to secure the space, so please contact us in advance.

Q. How to access Daien-in(Public transportation)

A. Take the Koya Line at Namba Station Nankai Train Osaka.
　　Take the connecting bus at "Koyasan Station" and get off at "Odawara-dori" bus stop.
　　1 minute walk in the direction of the bus, on the left.

Q. How to access Daien-in(From the airport)

A.　【Kansai Airport】
　　Change to the Koya Line Nankai Train at "Tengachaya" station.
　　Take the connecting bus at "Koyasan Station" and get off at "Odawara-dori" bus stop.1 minute walk in the direction of the bus, on the left.

　　"Itami Airport"
　　Take the Airport Limousine Bus to "Namba" and get off in about 30 minutes.
　　Get on Nankai Train Koya Line "Namba Station".Take the connecting bus at "Koyasan Station" and get off at "Odawara-dori" bus stop.

Q. About taxi arrangement

A. We accept this at Omoteraji Office.

Q. Can I sleep with my child?

A. Children under 3 years old can sleep together. (Free)

Q. Is there a child fee?

A. Children up to 3 years old will not be charged if using existing bed.
　　Children up to 6th grade are charged at a child rate.

Q. I would like milk hot water.

A. We will prepare it.Please do not hesitate to contact us.

Q. Can I stay with my pet?

A. I'm sorry.We do not accept pets in the same room.

Q. Is there a rental cycle?

A. The Koyasan Shukubo Association Central Information Center is about a 1-minute walk.We are handling the rental cycle here.

Q. Can I experience anything in the temple?

A. You can experience the Sutra.Book in advance.
　　Also, every morning from 6 o'clock (6:30 in winter time), there is morning work in the main hall.Please participate.

Q. Is there a convenience store nearby?

A. After exiting the front gate of our hospital, follow the road on the right, and immediately follow the road on the upper left, and you will find the convenience store "Daily YAMAZAKI" about 2 minutes on foot.

Q. Is there a place to eat around?

A. There are many souvenir shops and restaurants within walking distance from our hospital.

Q. What is Koyasan's specialty?

A. You can buy sesame tofu, Iroha Rice Crackers, Miroku-ishi (sweets), raw dough, fried rice cake, and Takano Maki at shops near our hospital.

Q. If you feel sick

A. There is Koyasan General Clinic 2 minutes by car.Please contact us if you feel sick during your stay.

Q. About payment method for accommodation charges

A. It is crowded at check-out, so we pay the accommodation fee at check-in.
　　You can also use a credit card.

Q. Please tell me the cancellation fee

A. Cancellation on the day of stay is 100% of the room charge 50% before the first night of stay, and cancellation before that is free.

Q. Can I use a credit card?

A. Various credit cards such as Visa and JCB can be used.

Q. Can you keep my luggage after check-in and after check-out?

A. Yes, we can keep your luggage before check-in as well as after check-out.

Q. Are wheelchairs available for rental?
