We will send a "6-digit reservation number" by e-mail to customers who have already settled in advance by credit card payment.
(Customers who make a reservation from Rakuten cannot send it because their email address is unknown.Please contact us from the front desk on the day of the event by using the direct telephone provided.)

  • Tablet operation

    • Please tap your language

      ◇Local payment (cash or credit) customers can use the direct phone number provided at the check-in counter.
      　Please contact us and make the payment first.

      　We will inform you of the reservation code after payment.


      ●If you have a reservation code (6 digits) or QR code in the reservation email, please proceed to the next step.

      ●If you do not have a reservation code, please enter the required items such as your address and name.

    • Enter reservation code

      Please select either the reservation code input or the QR code reading and enter or read it.

  • PIN display

    • The PIN code of the room key will be displayed

      Please copy it to a memo paper with a 4-digit PIN code and bring it with you.

      The security code will not be displayed after this screen, so be sure to make a note of it.

  • Local liquidation(Cash or credit)

    • Please settle the room rate at check-in.

      You can pay by cash and various credit cards (JCB / Visa / Master / AMEX) and electronic money.
