Customers who have prepaid by credit card or other means will receive a 6-digit reservation number via email.
(For customers who made reservations through Rakuten, we cannot send the email because we do not know the email address.Please contact the front desk on the day of your arrival using the direct line provided.)

  • Tablet operation

    • Please tap your language

      ◇If you are paying by cash or credit card on-site, please call the direct line at the check-in counter.
      　Please contact us and make the payment first.

      　We will inform you of the reservation code after payment.


      ●If you have a reservation code (6 digits) or QR code in your reservation email, please proceed to the next step.

      ●If you do not have a reservation code, please enter the required items such as your address and name.

    • Input screen for customers who do not have a reservation code

  • Input code

    • Enter reservation code

      Please select either "Enter reservation code" or "Scan QR code" and enter or scan it.

  • PIN display

    • The room key pin code will be displayed.

      Please copy it to a memo paper with a 4-digit PIN code and bring it with you.

      The security code will not be displayed after this screen, so be sure to make a note of it.

  • Local liquidation(Cash or credit)

    • Please settle the room rate at check-in.

      You can pay by cash, various credit cards (JCB / Visa /Master/ AMEX), and electronic money.
