Garden Terrace Nagasaki Hotel& Resort operates a free shuttle bus between JR Nagasaki Station and the hotel every day.
Once you board the blue-colored bus, you will arrive at the hotel in approximately 15 minutes.
Please use this facility if you are staying at the hotel or using the restaurant.

  • When arriving by car

    From JR Nagasaki Station, it is about 15 minutes by car via Inasayama Mountain Climbing Trail.
    From Nagasaki Airport (Omura City), it is about 50 minutes via Nagasaki Expressway.
    There are two ways to access our hotel: via Nagasaki city center or via Megami Ohashi Bridge.

    Free parking is available for up to 100 cars.

    【Please confirm.】
    If you are coming by car from a long distance, please check the location of the hotel in advance.
    As you may know, Nagasaki city has many slopes, curves and relatively narrow roads to get to the museum.
    If you are having trouble finding it, please search for "Kakubuen Special Nursing Home for the Elderly (TEL: 095-862-5282)" across the street from the hotel entrance and find it there.
    If you get lost along the way, please feel free to contact us.

  • From Nagasaki Airport

    Take the Airport Limousine Bus from bus stop number 5 to in front of Nagasaki.The journey takes approximately 50 minutes.
    The hotel is approximately 15 minutes from Nagasaki Station by shuttle bus or taxi.

    【Nagasaki Station departure and arrival point】
    The shuttle bus departs and arrives at the general vehicle stop at the West Exit Rotary Nagasaki Station.
    Please arrive before departure time.(You cannot get on or off at the East Exit.)

    【Free shuttle bus stop information(Nagasaki Station departure)】
    ① When you exit JR Nagasaki Station ticket gates, there are a West exit and an East exit, so head towards the West exit.
    *At the west exit, there is a sign for Dejima Messe and Hilton Hotel Nagasaki.
    ②Once you exit the West Exit, you will see the general vehicle boarding and disembarking area.
    The shuttle bus departs and arrives at the general bus stop, so please board there.

    〈Note〉
    *There is no need to make a reservation for the shuttle bus.
    *The shuttle bus is a blue bus.The hotel name is printed on the bus.
    *There is a temporary walkway of approximately 280m from the ticket gate to the shuttle bus stop, and it takes about 4 to 5 minutes to walk there, so please allow yourself plenty of time.
    *It takes approximately 15 minutes from Nagasaki Station to the hotel.

    【Hotel pick-up and drop-off points】
    ① Passengers using the "Forest" restaurant should board and disembark at the Grand Terrace entrance.
    ② Passengers using Kaiseki cuisine and Tempura restaurant "Akizuki" and Sushi Dining "Tenkuu" → Please board and disembark at Royal Terrace.
    3. Hotel guests → Please board at Royal Terrace.
