Notice of changes to restaurant operations

Thank you very much for your continued patronage of Garden Terrace Nagasaki Hotel& Resort.
Starting January 1, 2024, we will be changing the operations of some of our restaurants.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our customers, and we appreciate your understanding.

Seafood Enjoy seasonal ingredients from Nagasaki, a region blessed with bounty from the mountains, while gazing out at Nagasaki Port, where the lights of the city are reflected.
The menu is worthy of being called art, making use of the different flavors of each season.
The windows facing the sea act as a frame for the Nagasaki scenery, allowing you to enjoy the ocean view overlooking the harbor while you dine.
