Sauna

There are two saunas that can accommodate one or two people, allowing you to relax and unwind after your trip to Amami-Oshima Island.
The sauna is open to the public, not just hotel guests, so locals are welcome to use it as well.

Guests with the following health conditions, guests who have been advised by a doctor not to bathe, guests who have consumed alcohol,
For any other customers who are not in perfect health, we will refuse use of the sauna for health reasons.
Before entering, a breath test will be conducted to ensure you have not been drinking.

In addition, by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you represent that you are not in any of the following situations:
We are not responsible for any illness or other damage or injury incurred as a result of the customer being in any of the following conditions:
Notwithstanding the items below, use of this sauna is at the customer's own discretion, and we cannot be held responsible for any abnormalities in physical condition that may arise.

【Symptoms of unavailability】
Contraindications: Acute illness (especially if fever is present) / Active tuberculosis / Malignant tumor / Severe heart disease / Respiratory failure / Spinal or renal failure
Customers suffering from bleeding disorders, skin diseases, other generally ongoing illnesses, and customers with severe anemia
Customers who may be infected with an infectious disease / Customers who are pregnant (especially in the early and late stages) or may be pregnant
Customers with high blood pressure / diarrhea / customers who have just undergone surgery or are extremely fatigued / customers with injuries causing bleeding / customers who are menstruating and causing bleeding, etc.

There are restrictions based on age.
・Under 15 years old:Only allowed when accompanied by a guardian
・Age 6 and under:Prohibited from use

If you experience any unwellness whilst using the sauna, please discontinue use immediately and inform a member of staff.

The following actions are prohibited when using the sauna room and private rooms.
If a customer violates or is likely to violate any of the prohibited acts, we may prohibit them from using the sauna, expel them from the premises, or take other measures.

1. Bringing flammable items (newspapers, magazines, cigarettes, etc.) or information devices (PCs, mobile phones, tablets, etc.) into the sauna room.
2. Bringing precious metals such as glasses, earrings, necklaces, and rings into the sauna room.
3. Pets are not permitted in the sauna room or private spaces.
4. Two or more people may enter the sauna room and private spaces.
5. Using the sauna room or private rooms for purposes other than those of using the sauna, such as excretion, hair dyeing, scrubbing, laundry, etc.
6. Putting things inside the sauna stove.
7. Smoking, eating, or drinking alcohol in our facilities (including sauna rooms and private spaces). (Soft drinks for hydration are excluded.)
8. Taking photographs of staff or other customers within our facilities.
9. Using images and videos taken at our Facility for sales, publicity, advertising, solicitation or other profit-making activities without our consent, with the exception of ⑧ above.
10. Taking towels or other equipment outside of our facilities.
11. Please wear clothing when using our facilities (excluding sauna rooms and private rooms). Fully or partially naked is not permitted.
12. In addition to the items listed above, any act that violates these terms and conditions, any act that interferes with our business, any act that causes damage to our facilities, equipment or fixtures, or any act that is a nuisance to other customers.

・When entering the cold water bath after a sauna bath, please splash water over yourself before entering the bath.
・Please follow any other instructions given by our staff.

If you exceed the scheduled time for using the sauna room, or if we need to check your physical condition,
In other cases where it is necessary to ensure the safety of guests' lives and bodies, staff may enter the room.
(Even if the door is locked, we will open it using the master key.)
In addition, in the event of a fire, earthquake, or other emergency, you will be required to immediately stop using the sauna, leave the facility, and follow any other instructions given by staff.

Please take ample caution to avoid accidents, injuries, illness, and keeping your valuables safe while using the sauna.
We shall not be liable for any damage suffered by customers in connection with the use of this sauna, except in cases where such damage is due to our intentional or gross negligence.

In addition, in cases where the responsibility is attributable to our company (excluding cases where the responsibility is due to our intentional or gross negligence),
Of the damages, we shall be liable only for the ordinary and direct damage suffered by the customer (excluding special damages and lost profits, regardless of whether they were foreseeable or not).

We strictly prohibit acts of violence or intimidation, violent demands, unreasonable demands, spreading rumors, using fraudulent means or force to damage the reputation of our company or a third party or to interfere with their business, acts that violate public order and morals, and words, actions, and behavior that cause inconvenience to other customers.
If we find anyone doing so, we will ask you to leave the premises immediately and, if necessary, we will report the matter to the police and other relevant authorities.

If we determine that it is difficult for you to use the sauna due to a malfunction or breakdown of the equipment at our facilities or for other reasons, we will suspend your use of the sauna on that day or cancel your reservation.
In this case, the points used at the time of booking will be refunded.

If the Company suffers damages as a result of your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your intentional or negligent acts, you shall compensate the Company for the equivalent amount of such damages.

We may repost or retweet photos related to this sauna that customers post on social media on our company's social media accounts (Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, etc.).

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you agree not only now but also in the future to not be associated with any of the following anti-social forces, including organized crime groups (hereinafter referred to as "anti-social forces, etc.").) does not fall under any of the following.
If any of the following behaviors are discovered, we will notify the police or other relevant authorities as necessary, ask you to leave the premises immediately, and refuse you future use of the premises.
In this case, we will not be able to refund the usage fee.

3. Associate member of a criminal organization
4. Officers, employees, shareholders, or other related parties of companies with ties to organized crime
5. Other items similar to those listed above

The Company may change these Terms and Conditions if it deems it necessary.
If a customer uses this sauna for the second or subsequent time or for the first time since these terms and conditions were changed, such use will be deemed as customer's agreement to the changed terms and conditions at the time of such use.
