From April 1, 2026, a lodging tax will be charged separately in accordance with Hokkaido Ordinance and Hakodate City Ordinance.
The accommodation tax is as follows per person per night:
・Accommodation fee is less than 20,000 yen:200 JPY
・Accommodation fee between 20,000 yen and less than 50,000 yen:400 JPY
・Accommodation rates between 50,000 yen and less than 100,000 yen:1,000 JPY
・Accommodation fee of 100,000 yen or more:2,500 JPY

Cancellation provisions

・One day before:30% of room rate
・On the day of arrival:50% of room rate
・Cancellation without any contact:100% of room rate
*If cancellation policies are set for each accommodation plan, those policies will take precedence.
