Making "Nita Rice," a brand of rice nurtured by the rich natural environment of Okuizumo, even more delicious and more accessible.

At the Nita Rice Restaurant, we serve a variety of dishes made with an abundance of local ingredients, including kamado-cooked Nita rice prepared under the supervision of a certified rice master, Okuizumo pork, and locally grown vegetables.
