    This is the basic standard course of Furukawa.

    Breakfast is a buffet with about 40 different dishes, focusing on "Produced in Hokkaido ingredients" and "handmade."

    A Japanese meal featuring freshly cooked rice made with "Nanatsuboshi" rice from the Ginzan silver mine near Otaru, and a large clam soup.
    And among the Western dishes, the most popular is "freshly baked croissants."
    The rich aroma of freshly baked bread celebrates the start of a wonderful day.

    In addition, there are handmade side dishes made with local Hokkaido ingredients, pickles made with local vegetables that make freshly cooked rice even more delicious,
    Tomato juice and jam from the neighboring town of Niki, Yamanaka Dairy Farm Milk in Akaigawa Village, etc.
