    Please be sure to present the consent form and certificate below "before your stay" and confirm the accommodation terms and conditions.
    We also welcome guests without pets, so we appreciate your cooperation.

    ・Combined vaccine vaccination certificate(14 days after vaccination to within 1 year)
    ・Rabies vaccination certificate(14 days after vaccination to within 1 year)

    We apologize for the inconvenience, but please submit the "Pet Accompanying Contact Form" below before the date of your stay.

【Cautions】

Regarding dogs and cats that cannot be vaccinated or have residual antibodiesIn the following cases, please present a "Certificate of Vaccination Deferral" issued by a veterinarian.
■Unable to receive vaccination due to allergies
■Unable to receive the vaccine due to old age or chronic illness
■Based on the results of the vaccine antibody test, it has been determined that vaccination is not necessary.
*However, we cannot accept puppies or kittens who have not yet reached the vaccination period.
Please complete your vaccinations before visiting.
If you are bringing two or more dogs■If you are bringing more than two animals, please present them separately in pairs.
■If you are bringing both a dog and a cat, please submit both the "Dog Accompanying Contact Form" and the "Cat Accompanying Contact Form."

Other reservationsThere are no restrictions on the size or number of pets, but an additional accommodation fee will be charged for the second cat and the third dog.
