    【Pet-friendly triple room】Bed Area
    This Western-style room is 37m² and has a dirt floor and is equipped with three single beds.
    The triple room, exclusively for guests with pets, has a spacious earthen floor so that guests and their beloved pets can relax in comfort.
    You can let your beloved dog or cat play freely.

    The facility is fully equipped with pet supplies, a foot washing area for dogs, and a garden.
    You can sleep in bed with your dogs.
    (*Manner wear is required.)

    All guest rooms are coated with the cutting-edge deodorizing system "ion"e"air mist PRO",
    Excellent deodorizing and antibacterial effects! I don't mind the smell at all!

    【Requests for staying with pets】
    You will be required to submit a pet companion agreement and a vaccination certificate issued within 14 days to one year of vaccination (rabies vaccination certificate if accompanying a pet dog).
    After making a reservation, please enter your pet's information and submit a vaccination certificate using the "Pet Contact Form" on our website before your stay.
    There are no restrictions on the size or number of pets, but an additional fee will be charged for the second cat and the third dog.
    *If you are staying with your dog, please wear etiquette wear within the facility and guest rooms.

    We have a 120-inch large projector.

    High-quality mattress specifications, similar to those used in Kyoto Geihinkan (guest house)
    All rooms are non-smoking and have separate bathrooms, so you can feel at home!

    The beds in the rooms are designed to provide our guests with a comfortable sleep.
    We use high-quality mattresses from Nippon Bed Manufacturing Co., Ltd., which are also used at Kyoto Geihinkan (guest house).

Accommodation tax

Starting March 1, 2026, in accordance with Kyoto City Ordinance, the accommodation tax per person per night will be revised as follows and will be charged separately.
*The left side shows the tax amount up to February 28, 2026.
・Under 6,000 yen:None → 200 yen
・6,000 yen or more but less than 20,000 yen:None → 400 yen
・Over 20,000 yen and under 50,000 yen:500 yen → 1,000 yen
・Between 50,000 yen and 100,000 yen:1,000 yen → 4,000 yen
・Over 100,000 yen:None → 10,000 yen

Cancellation policy

If you cancel your reservation from 2 days prior to your arrival, a cancellation fee will be charged.
・Two days before:20% of room rate
・One day before:50% of room rate
・On the day of arrival:100% of room rate
・Cancellation without any contact:100% of room rate
*If there are cancellation regulations set for each accommodation plan, those will take precedence.
