  • ≪About our approach to Novel Coronavirus Infection≫

    In order to prevent infection and spread of the new coronavirus, Sajima Marina takes the following infection prevention measures so that customers can use it with peace of mind, putting the health and safety of customers and employees first.
  • ■Initiatives in public spaces within the facility
    (1) In consideration of our customers' health, safety and public health, we carry out customer service by wearing a mask.
    (2) Regarding the facilities and equipment in this facility, we are conducting elaborate Erbino sanitized water (slightly acidic sanitized water) and alcohol disinfection.
    ③ Ventilation is provided in this facility to take in fresh air.
    ④ In common spaces such as large communal baths and restaurants, we reduce the number of lockers and seats to avoid crowding.Admission will be restricted if congestion is expected.
    ■Regarding guest rooms
    (1) After cleaning the guest room, all spraying with sanitized water is carried out.We also sterilize ozone generators in parallel as needed.
    (2) We ask our customers to sterilize by placing a sterilized water spray bottle in all guest rooms.We also have a humidifier and an air purifier that contain sterilized water.
    ■Initiatives for staying guests
    (1) At check-in, we will fill out a health condition survey table and confirm the transit point to the hotel.We also ask for your cooperation in measuring the temperature of all members.
    (2) A splash prevention film is installed on the front counter and cashier to prevent infection.
    (3) To ensure peace of mind, the staff will move your luggage while wearing gloves.
    ④ The restaurant is thoroughly ventilated and all are offered as a set menu.
    ⑤ Customers using the GoTo Travel Discount will confirm the identity of all guests upon arrival.
    ■Initiatives for employees
    (1) Employees wear masks, wear face shields as needed, and carry out pre-work temperature measurements.
    ② Check the health condition (fever, vomiting, diarrhea) when going to work, and fill out the checklist thoroughly. If you have a fever of 37.5 ° C or higher and symptoms such as coughing, instruct you to wait at home. We are.
    ③When entering or leaving the room, we perform hand sanitization at any time.
    ④ We encourage you to wash your hands and gargle before work, after using the restroom, before meals, and when you return to work from outside.
    (5) Employees are instructed to stop unnecessary and urgent business trips and to refrain from or postpone overseas travel.
    ■Request to customers
    ①Please wear a mask when you come to the hotel to prevent splash infection.Also, when you are not wearing a mask, such as while eating or drinking, please cover your nose and mouth with a tissue or handkerchief.
    (2) In order to use this facility with peace of mind, we have installed alcohol for hand disinfection and erbino sanitized water (slightly acid sanitized water) in the main parts of this facility, and ask our customers for their cooperation. ..
