◆Conclusion of the contract◆
・Before using the service, you will be asked to explain the precautions and sign a consent form.At the same time, you will enter the At Line Service website and enter the necessary information to conclude the contract.You will be required to complete the procedures directly on the At Line Service website, but you may also complete the procedures at the hotel on your behalf.
・We may refuse your request in the following cases.
1) When the height is less than 140cm.
2) If you are found to be drinking alcohol or being under the influence of alcohol.Other times when it is determined that it is difficult to drive the bicycle safely.
3) If you are under 13 years of age and cannot promise to wear a helmet.
5) When a person under the age of 13 is using the service and is not accompanied by a guardian.
5) If you do not agree to these Terms.
6) When the facility determines that rental is not appropriate due to other reasons such as weather.
◆Compensation details◆
・Based on the established rental contract, from the time the user starts using the rental bicycle until the time the bicycle is returned, various types of damage insurance will be carried out according to the conditions below, and liability for damages will be compensated within the following limits.
1) Accident insurance(Only while the person is on board):Death and residual disability 10 million yen, hospitalization insurance daily amount 5,000 yen(180 days limit),Hospital visit: 3,000 yen per day(90 days limit)
2) Liability insurance(Only while the person is on board):100 million yen per accident per person.However, accidents caused by the user will not be compensated.
3) Property insurance(Including theft insurance):100,000 yen/stand(However, this does not apply if the user's bicycle is stolen.)
*If the user is at fault (violating traffic rules such as ignoring a red light), the user may be required to bear the cost as insurance may not cover the full amount.
◆Regarding breakdowns, theft, accidents, etc.◆
・If you leave your bicycle unattended during usage hours, please be sure to lock and park it in the designated bicycle parking lot.
・If your bicycle is stolen during usage hours, please contact At-Line Service immediately and follow their instructions.
・If an accident involving a rental bicycle occurs during usage hours, regardless of the scale of the accident, please take legal measures and promptly contact At-Line Service.
◆Obligation to return rental bicycle◆
When returning a rental bicycle, it shall be returned in the condition it was in at the time of the contract, excluding wear and tear due to normal use.If the bicycle, including its equipment, is damaged, lost, stolen, etc. due to reasons attributable to the user, repair costs will be charged.・You will be responsible for all costs required to restore the product to its original condition, including re-procurement costs.
