Pool Terms of Use

Please be sure to check this when using the pool.
If you do not agree to the following contents, we may refuse to use the service.
Please understand that we are not responsible for any accidents or troubles caused by acts that violate the rules or carelessness of the customer.
Parents are kindly requested to give guidance to their children.

■About admission
・Those who have a tattoo or tattoo will not be allowed to use it in any case.If you find something in the venue or make a report, please leave immediately.
　Please understand that we do not guarantee any refunds.

■About health
・Do not enter the pool if you are prohibited from swimming by a doctor, if you are suspected of having an infectious disease, or if you are drunk.
・If you feel sick or are injured in the venue, we will provide first aid, so please notify the staff.
・Please understand that there is no doctor in the hall.In an emergency, we will request an ambulance.

■About clothes and footwear
・Do not enter any water other than swimwear.
・It is prohibited to wear all footwear when entering the water.
・Children without diapers should wear "Swimming diapers" and swimwear before entering the water.In addition, please use the "infant pool" when swimming.

■About hygiene
・Please do not bring in towels, handkerchief, etc. when entering water.
・Do not enter the body with oil or other substances that deteriorate water quality applied.
・If you have body paint or stickers, please drop them before you enter.
・Be sure to wash your eyes and gargle on your way home.
・Please wash your body with a shower before and after entering and before and after using the toilet.

■About safety
・Never run near the poolside as it is slippery and dangerous.
・Do not dive or dive.Please do not do anything that disturbs other people.
・Parents should keep an eye on their children when using them.Parents should pay close attention when a small child swims using the float.
　Parents should be especially careful when swimming, especially when children are busy.
・Swimming may be interrupted or canceled due to changes in the weather and geographical conditions, fire, accidents, etc.
・In the event of a disaster or accident, please act promptly according to the guidance of the staff.
・Please use the locker for valuables and luggage.In addition, please manage the storage etc. at your own risk.
・Please refrain from wearing glasses, sunglasses and accessories while in the water.There is a risk of contact with other swimmers and accidents, which is dangerous.
・Please refrain from taking place on the poolside as a monitoring area.

■About carry-on items
・All food and drinks are not allowed.
・Please do not bring in large playground equipment, items (tents, parasols, rubber boats, etc.) or dangerous playground equipment (things with protrusions) in the venue.
・Please do not bring dangerous materials (glassware, metal, cutlery, explosives) or animals such as pets into the venue.
・You can bring your own float, but large floats may be restricted during times of congestion.

■Other notes
・There is always the possibility of water leaks on site.Please be careful when managing precision equipment and luggage.In addition, please manage at your own risk.
・We do not guarantee the damage or discoloration of swimwear or items.
・Please follow the instructions of the staff in the venue.If you do not follow the instructions, you may be asked to leave.
・Please understand that we are not responsible for any accidents or troubles related to the use.
