Biwako Line New Rapid Train Bound for Omi Shiozu or Bound for Tsuruga Kinomoto Station Approx. 85 minutes
Shinkansen Maibara Station transfer to the Hokuriku Line Kinomoto Station about 65 minutes

Tokaido Line Special Rapid Service to Maibara, transfer to the Hokuriku Line, Kinomoto Station, approximately 95 minutes.
Shinkansen Maibara Station transfer to the Hokuriku Line Kinomoto Station about 60 minutes

●By car
Turn left from Hokuriku Expressway Kinomoto IC and take National Route 8 Nishiazai Direction for about 200 meters.
Turn right at the first traffic light "In Ika Shobosho-mae" and walk straight for about 300 meters.
Cross the bridge and follow the road at the foot of the mountain. This is the entrance to the village.
Go to the parking lot on the left, cross the road and climb the stone steps on the right.

●When using Lake Road"Sazanami Highway" by car
From Hikone or Nagahama, drive north for about 30 minutes along the road with Lake Biwa on your left.
Go straight at the traffic light at the "Oto" intersection with National Route 8.
After a short dike, cross the second bridge and follow the road at the foot of the mountain.

●When using a ferry
It takes 10 minutes by taxi from Tsuruga Port in Fukui Prefecture to Tsuruga Station.
Hokuriku Line bound for Nagahama or bound for Maibara and get off at Kinomoto Station.

●Lake Road
1:15 minutes from Nagahama, and it's just a little bit after going through the Katayama Tunnel.
Two:Follow this kind of road to Kinomoto Town.
Three:It is "Oto" at the intersection with National Route 8.
Four:It is a country road of the embankment suddenly across the intersection.
