Enjoy a superb view of Lake Biwa from the observatory
Nagahama Castle, where Hideyoshi Toyotomi became the master of one castle for the first time.
It is also known as "Shusse-Jo".
In 1983, the castle tower was restored and opened as a history museum.
Inside the facility, the history of Kohoku from the Jomon Time Period to the present age is introduced, and Hideyoshi's Helmet and the Shizugatake Battle Screen are displayed, and you can see Lake Biwa from the observatory.
