| ■Separating food and drink waste | ・Please put all paper, food waste, and "dirty plastic items" together in a semi-transparent bag. ・Please place "clean trash marked as plastic" in a translucent bag. ・Please wash the insides of cans, bottles, and plastic bottles and place them in a translucent bag.(The caps and labels of PET bottles are made of plastic.) ・Please tie the bag before placing it in the box at the garbage station. ・Do not put lighters or gas canisters in the bag. ・Allow used charcoal and ash to extinguish naturally. *Keep the windows closed to prevent ashes from blowing away. *We have semi-transparent plastic bags available (800mm length x 600mm width (45L / 4 bags)). If you need more than these, we ask that you provide your own. |

| ■Regarding stains and damage within the facility | ・If you vomit on the bed or futon, we will charge you a cleaning fee. ・If any equipment is damaged, you will be charged for the repairs. |

| ■Accidents and theft | ・Please understand that we are not responsible for any accidents or theft. |
| ■About check-out | ・Check-out is at 10:00.(The cleaning staff will be there at 10:20, so please be punctual.) ・Please leave the key in the key box when you leave. |
| ■About security cameras | ・The parking lot and reception (motorcycle garage) are equipped with security cameras 24 hours a day. ・Security cameras are monitored on an external monitor. |
| ■Other rules | ・It is prohibited to invite anyone other than those with reservations into the cottage. (If the number of people increases during the trip, the normal fee will be charged, so please contact us.) ・The use of jet skis, etc. is prohibited. (Children from a nearby nursery school come to play on the beach, so any behavior that may disturb them is prohibited.) ・There are dangerous areas near national highways and the sea, so please be sure to keep an eye on children and pets. ・Hunting turban shells and other animals is prohibited by law, so please do not do so under any circumstances. ・If you lose your key, we will charge you 22,000 yen (tax included), including replacement costs. ・Please use water and electricity within reason.(I'm checking the meter.) ・All facilities and equipment are available for use free of charge, but please use them with discretion. ・Please wash used dishes and place them in the drainer.(Please do not put washed items back on the shelves.) ・Please do not touch garden plants as they have thorns and can be dangerous. ・Please do not leave bulky trash behind. |
