This plan includes Wagyu beef, an even more powerful version of our most popular Guzoni cuisine. Thickly sliced domestic Wagyu beef served with sauce, wasabi and salt. We promise you'll enjoy the taste and volume of your meal! The extremely popular "Ochazuke Buffet" is also included.
【The Wagyu beef we use】 The meat quality of the meat must meet the "grade 5 and grade 4" out of 5 levels set by Japan Meat Grading Association. We only use beef that has passed the BMS (BMS) test, which indicates the degree of marbling, and has a grade of 7 or higher out of 12.

Our specialty, mackerel rice, white rice, porridge, and pickles are served buffet style. Please feel free to do so at your own pace.
An original service only available at our hotel. We offer 10 different types of ochazuke toppings. Serve on top of rice, pour hot broth over it and enjoy. You can enjoy the best ochazuke just for you. Don't worry, you can also eat this dish with just white rice.
■Guzoni
It is a local dish made on Shimabara Peninsula. This dish is especially popular during New Year's and other festivals. While the contents of zoni may differ depending on the household, they usually contain a large amount and variety of ingredients such as mochi (rice cakes), vegetables, meat, and fish.
