- Q. What are the check-in and check-out times?
A. Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 10:00.
Q. Can you hold my luggage before check-in and after check-out?
A. Yes, we will take care of it.Please feel free to ask the front desk.
Q. Can I make a reservation on the same day?

【Meal】
- Q. Can I still have meals even if my plan doesn't include dinner?
A. Guests who do not order meals can also order local sake, alcoholic beverages, and soft drinks at the dining hall on the first floor.
Q. Is breakfast included?
A. You can use the breakfast specialty shop "Urokoya no Asameshi" on the first floor dining room (closed Mondays and Thursdays, open from 7:00 to 11:00).No reservation is required, and it is available to non-guests as well.
Q. Can I order a bento box?
A. We offer bamboo leaf bento boxes (700 yen) and mountain climbing bento boxes (900 yen).Please place your order at the front desk by 6:30 PM the day before.

A. All rooms are non-smoking.Smoking areas are available on the first and second floors.
Q. Are there baths or hot springs?
A. There is a large public bath.Additionally, we offer discounted tickets (1,200 yen) for a day trip to a hot spring near Yakushima Airport, which is about a 10-minute drive away.

A. Yes, we accept reservations for one group per day.Please make your reservation by phone.
Q. Can I rent a stand-up paddleboard (SUP)?
A. Yes, we offer SUP rentals on Anbo River.(Additional charges apply. 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.)
Q. Can I get advice about mountain climbing?
A. Yes, the shop owner, who is from Yakushima Island, will provide support such as mountain climbing information, guide introductions, and mountain climbing equipment rentals.Please feel free to contact us.
