【A request to our customers】

In order to cherish the time of our guests in all rooms,
Please make your own futon.
All rooms are non-smoking, and smokers have smoking areas on the 1st and 2nd floors.

Our inn welcomes guests with a variety of purposes, including mountain climbers, anglers, and business travelers.
Please refrain from any behavior that may disturb other customers, such as shouting loudly in the middle of the night or making excessive noise.

About the bath

・The bathroom at Urokoya is only a shower and does not have a bathtub.(Available 24 hours)
・Located in front of Yakushima Airport, about 10 minutes by car from our inn,
Bathing tickets for one-day hot springs and sauna facilities are sold at 500 yen instead of the usual 1,600 yen.
*It is available from 15:00 to 22:00.

Notes on check-in and check-out

・Check-in is from 15:00 to 20:00.
(Please let us know in advance if you will be late! )
・For guests who have booked a meal-inclusive plan, your meal will begin at 6:30 PM. Please be sure to contact us if you will be late.
・Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that if you are late, you will be charged 600 yen per person for every 30 minutes of delay.

Urokoya Cancellation Policy

【Cancellation fees are as follows:】
・14 to 8 days before: 30% / 7 to 4 days: 50% / 3 to 1 day: 70%.
・Cancellation on the day / cancellation without contact will be charged 100%.

【The following is the policy regarding cancellations of ships, airplanes, etc., and guide cancellations.】
・In principle, a cancellation fee will be charged even if all flights on both the ship and the plane are cancelled.
You will be charged 50% of the original accommodation plan fee for all days.
*If either the ship or the plane is operating, the standard cancellation fee will apply.
