Since our founding in 2004, we have continued to prepare dishes that focus on locally produced and seasonal ingredients.
This is because the most familiar ingredients are the freshest and tastiest!
We hope that people will gain a deeper understanding of this region through its food.

LOCALLY SEASONALLY HOMEMADE

"Delicious"
When you come across a dish that touches your heart, you will develop an attachment to the environment in which that flavor was nurtured.
The expression "terroir" used in the world of wine is exactly that, and does not simply pursue a consistent "delicious" taste.
An experience that allows one to reflect on, be grateful for, and savor nature itself: the warmth of the sun, the smell of the earth, the scent of the sea, the colors of the mountains, and so on, of that year, that day, and that place.
It's similar to the joy you feel when you travel and experience an unknown world, discovering something new within yourself.

We hope that through your stay at our restaurant and on Amami, you will be able to experience with all five senses the flavor and terroir that go beyond just delicious.
  • Dinner Time

    ・Please refrain from bringing children (10 years old and under) during dinner time.
    Children aged 11 and over can visit us, but they will need to make a reservation for the same 5,500 yen course meal.
    ・There is no a la carte menu, so you will need to reserve course meal for the number of people you wish to seat.
    (Please refrain from sharing meals.)
    ・If you have any food allergies, please let us know when making your reservation.
    ・For birthdays and anniversaries, you can add a candle to your dessert.

      The dishes are made with an abundance of today's freshest, seasonal local island ingredients.
      There are 5 dishes in total: 2 appetizers of the day, 2 main dishes of the day, and today's dessert.

      Our restaurant uses locally produced ingredients and is all handmade by the owner chef, so we limit the number of customers.
      Two weeks before reservations begin We may not be able to accommodate your reservation even if you contact us immediately.
      If you are traveling, we recommend staying at a hotel where this course meal is included in the dinner!

    Enjoy a blissful tea and lunch time at an auberge on a hilltop overlooking the ocean and citrus fields below.
