Since our founding in 2004, we have been creating dishes that focus on locally sourced and seasonal ingredients.
This is because the most familiar ingredients are the freshest and tastiest!
We hope that people will gain a deeper understanding of this region through its food.

When you come across a dish that touches your heart, you will develop an attachment to the climate that nurtured that flavor.
The expression "terroir" used in the world of wine is exactly that, and does not simply pursue a consistent "delicious" taste.
The experience of reflecting on, appreciating and savoring nature itself, such as the warmth of the sun, the smell of the earth, the scent of the sea, and the color of the mountains of that year, that day, and that place.
It's similar to the joy of going on a trip and coming into contact with an unknown world, and discovering something new within yourself.

Through your stay at our restaurant and in Amami, we hope you will experience with all five senses the richness and terroir that go beyond just "delicious."
  • Dinner course

    It will be course meal that makes generous use of ingredients from Amami.
    It is a wonderful scene for sightseeing Amami, and is also used by locals to create special moments such as anniversaries.

    Start time: 7pm

    For birthdays and anniversaries, we can add candles to your desserts, so please let us know when you make your reservation.

      The dish is made with plenty of today's freshest, seasonal local island ingredients.
      There will be a total of five dishes: two appetizers of the day, two main dishes of the day, and today's dessert.

    Afternoon tea made with plenty of Amami fruits and brown sugar
    It is used as a scene for Amami sightseeing trips, and by locals as a way to create a fun time for conversations with friends.
