  • Calligraphy of three famous temple chief priests in Kyoto

    In the lobby, three handwritten calligraphies by the chief priests of Kyoto's three famous temples, Kiyomizu-dera, Kinkaku-ji, and Ikkyu-ji, are on display to welcome our guests.
    The head of Kiyomizu-dera Temple, Mori Kiyonori, created "Heaven in a Jar" (width 70cm x height 136cm).
    "○bun" (width 70cm x height 136cm), named after the chief priest of Kinkaku-ji and Ginkaku-ji Temple, Dairyukku Arima Yorisoko Rōdaishi,
    The chief priest of Ikkyu-ji Temple, Soichi Tanabe, wrote a handwritten calligraphy of ``Fukujukai'' (width 220cm x height 70cm).
    Each of them responded to the request of this facility.
    There are few places in Kyoto where you can see all the calligraphy by the chief priests of the three famous temples in one place, so we would like to display it in the lobby so that visitors can enjoy it and relax.
