For guests travelling by car - Information on parking and road conditions


Car parking is available from 2pm.(Please read the precautions)
This facility is equipped with charging stations for EVs and PHEVs. (Reservation required)
Usage fee:1,100 yen per session(tax included)

Yuyado Miyuki Main Building is located in the center of Kusatsu Onsen, and the facility's parking lot has limited space.
We are unable to park all of our customers' cars.Also.Reservations are not accepted.
In particular, it may not be available in the following cases::

·Low-riding cars, large vehicles(Example:Minivan type or larger class)
·Vehicles that do not accept digital keys such as those on smartphones
·Customers who cannot leave their car keys
·One per room
In that case, we will guide you to nearby contracted parking lots, such as Sai no kawara Park Parking Lot, which is about a 3-5 minute walk away.
Hotel staff may also move cars on the premises.Please understand.
The parking lot is available until 10am the next morning.

【About road conditions】
On Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and the day before public holidays, the area around Tomioka Silk Mill and Karuizawa area may be very crowded.
Travel times may be significantly longer than usual, especially during the summer and holidays, so we recommend that you leave with plenty of time to spare.

Kusatsu Onsen is located at an altitude of 1,300m.In winter, the roads become icy and very dangerous.
We strongly recommend arriving before 5pm.Please refrain from driving with normal tires.
