We recommend that you send heavy carry-on luggage etc. by courier in advance.
Also, since you will be walking on snowy roads and through puddles, we recommend wearing snow shoes.

From Echigo-Yuzawa Station, please take a taxi or Iwappara Ski Resort shuttle bus.

It is about a 10-minute walk from the final stop, "Iwappara Mid-Slope Resort Center 2."
After getting off, please walk towards "P6 Parking Lot" below.

[ Regarding home delivery 】
We will accept your shipment even if it is early, so please send it in plenty of time.

*Please be sure to include the date of your stay and the name of the person making the reservation.
*Be sure to keep a copy of the paper with you.
*Shipping from the hotel is only available on a cash-on-delivery basis, so we recommend using a round-trip delivery service.

Outside of the winter season, you can drive right up to the front of the hotel.For parking, please use the parking space next to the hotel building or P6 Parking Lot.

As the building is located inside a ski resort, it is not possible to drive to the building during the winter season.
Please be sure to check the information below.

＜P6 Parking Lot＞You can unload your luggage in the 30-minute stopping area at the back.
"P6 Parking Lot" is a commercial parking lot, so please be sure to move your car after unloading your luggage.

Please park in an orderly manner in the customer parking area (red area) of "P3 Parking Lot" as shown in the diagram above.(If there is a staff, follow the instructions.)
*If "P3 Parking Lot" is full, please park in an orderly fashion in any available spaces in "P4 Parking Lot" or "P5 Parking Lot", which are a short distance away.If all parking spaces are full, please call us.

[ Regarding luggage transportation 】
From 9:00 to 16:00, we will help you transport up to one luggage carrier from P6 Parking Lot.
If you require one, please call the front desk upon arrival at P6 Parking Lot.(Operation hours from 8:30 to 15:30)
Please understand that you may have to wait a long time during busy periods.

*It may be posted with other people.
*Depending on the snow conditions, there is a possibility that the transport equipment may tip over and we may not be able to help you.

*A P3, P4, or P5 parking permit is required to use the parking lot.
Please present your card on the right inside of the front desk window while parking.Please dispose of it yourself when you leave.

★Guests checking in on the New Year's holiday, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays★　The manager will hand it over to you at P6 Parking Lot.

★Those checking in on weekdays ★　We will send you the P3, P4, and P5 parking permits by email as the date approaches.(If you do not receive an email two days in advance, please contact us.)
Please print it out and bring it with you.If you are unable to print it out, please contact the front desk by the day before so we can provide it to you.
