Please contact us by phone once you arrive at Kawaguchiko Station or Fujikyu Highland Station (near the second entrance Fuji-Q Highland).

We offer pick-up service from 11:30 AM to 9:00 PM.

*On the day of check-out, we will only be able to store your luggage until 3:00 PM, and the last shuttle to the station will depart at 3:15 PM.
