If all guests are minors (under 18 years old), we require their legal guardian to submit a "Minor Accommodation Consent Form."
Please submit the consent form when you check in on the day of your stay.

One form is required per minor.
*We do not accept advance receipt via fax or other similar methods.

Check-in and room access begin at 3:00 PM.

If you arrive before check-in time, we can store your luggage for you. Please ask our front desk staff upon arrival.
Even if you arrive early, please feel free to come by.

Free shuttle bus pick-up is available from 11:30 AM.

On the day of check-out, we can store your luggage until 3:00 PM.
Also, the last shuttle service to the station will depart at 15:15.

*Please be sure to keep your valuables in good care at all times.

If you wish to use the parking lot before check-in, please park your car and then proceed to the front desk to complete the pre-check-in procedure.
When you arrive, please ask the front desk staff if you will be using the parking lot.

You may be able to use the parking lot even after checking out.If you wish to use this service, please ask the front desk staff.
*Depending on the circumstances, you may be asked to move your vehicle to a parking area designated by the hotel staff.
*Please understand that we may refuse parking during peak seasons.

Also, if you wish to use the free shuttle bus after parking your car, please ask the front desk staff.
*The free shuttle bus service on the day of check-out will be available until 3:00 PM.

After staying at our hotel, you will depart for Mount Fuji the following day.
For guests staying with us again the following day, we will store your luggage at the front desk.

【Regarding luggage storage】
・Please bring it to the front desk after checking out on your first night.
・Please understand that we cannot accept valuables, perishable items, or fragile items for safekeeping.
・Please inquire at the front desk the following day when you check in for pickup.
