Q. I'm going by train, how do I get to the nearest station and hotel?

  • A. From the south exit of JR Ozone Station nearest station, turn left on the road and go straight. You will see the sign for City Hotel Dome on the right side of the road.It is a 3-minute walk from the south exit of JR Ozone Station.

Q. Is there a parking lot? Can I park a 2-ton truck car?

  • A. Yes. There is a plane parking space without height limit, which is rare in the center of Nagoya. 2 ton trucks can also be parked here.If you wish to use the parking lot, an advance reservation is required.

Q. Are there any convenience stores or ATMs nearby?

  • A. Yes. FamilyMart is a 1-minute walk from the hotel. There is also a MaxValu (24-hour supermarket) just a 4-minute walk from the hotel.Both have in-store ATMs.

Q. Can I wait for cancellation?

Q. Is there a cancellation fee?

  • A. The cancellation policy is as follows.
    ●No-show・・・A 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
    ●On the day of arrival・・・A cancellation fee of 80% will be charged.
    ●The day before・・・A 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

Q. Are there any double or twin room types besides singles?

  • A. Yes. There are 22 single rooms, 2 double rooms and 4 twin rooms.

Q. Do you have non-smoking rooms?

  • A. Yes. Non-smoking rooms are available for each room type. As the number of rooms is limited, if there is no vacant room in the non-smoking room, there may be information in the smoking room. In that case, please ask because it will deodorize in advance.

Q. Can I stay in the same room during consecutive nights?

  • A. Yes. For consecutive guests, we will guide you to the same room as much as possible. Please understand that we may ask you to move your room depending on the reservation status.

Q. Is there a discount for consecutive nights?

Q. Can infants and children stay together? What about the hotel charges?

  • A. Yes. Children can stay together. The price rules for children are as follows.

Q. I have booked 2 rooms. Can I make a room next to each other?

  • A. Yes. We will prepare you to be next to each other as much as possible. However, please understand beforehand that it may not be possible depending on availability.

Q. Can I extend checkout (late checkout)?

  • A. Yes. Checkout extension is possible. A separate extension fee (700 yen / 30 minutes) will be charged. Depending on the availability of the day, the extension may not be accepted. Thank you for understanding in advance.

Q. Is the front desk open 24 hours a day? Is the entrance open 24 hours a day?

  • A. Yes. The front desk is available 24 hours a day. You can also go out 24 hours a day. Please leave your room key at the front desk when you go out.

Q. Can I check in if I arrive late?

  • A. Yes. Luggage can be stored at the front desk before check-in and after check-out. However, please refrain from valuables and raw items.

Q. Is it safe to send my luggage to the hotel in advance?

  • A. Yes. Please fill in the name of the person staying on the form and send it to the hotel address in advance. However, please refrain from valuables and raw items.

Q. Can I send my luggage from the hotel?

  • A. Yes. At the front desk, luggage can be shipped using the Kuroneko Yamato Takkyubin service. (Paper is available at the front desk for both advance payment and cash on delivery)

Q. Can I watch TV in my room for free? Can I watch the Internet video service?

  • A. Yes. All rooms have 32-inch LCD TVs. Although it is only a general terrestrial digital broadcast, you can watch it for free.
    The Internet video viewing service (YouTube, Netflix, Hulu, etc.) does not have facilities that can be watched at the hotel.Please prepare it yourself and connect it to your smartphone / tablet or TV.
