    For dinner, we will provide a Japanese set meal (9 dishes in total).

  • Breakfast

    Breakfast will be served individually to each guest.

    The homemade tofu and From Omu salmon from Omu are delicious.
    The homemade salmon roe served at breakfast is carefully seasoned by the chefs at Hotel Hinodemisaki, so it has the best taste and texture!
    Rice, miso soup, and other small side dishes are served partially in buffet style.

    *Refills of salmon roe are available at an additional cost.

  • Children's meals

    Elementary school children will have the same meals as adults.
    For infants (younger than elementary school age), we will prepare special meals for children (children's plates).
  • Seasonal ingredients from Omu

    The area is attractive for its wide variety of ingredients, including hairy crab, autumn salmon brands "Mejika" and "Yuho," scallops, salmon roe, Omu Beef, and Dattan-Soba .
    The fishing season for the sea urchin is short, making it extremely valuable.
    They were raised on a diet of high-quality kelp (Rishiri kelp), so the taste is exceptional!
    Raw sea urchin packed in salt water that seals in the flavor without compromising it, served with rice...I'm at a loss for words.
    Scallops, surf clams, and whelks can be eaten either grilled or raw.
    It can be eaten in any way, such as sashimi, grilled with butter, shabu-shabu, or carpaccio.

      The season is from March to June. "Hairy crab"
      Omu hairy crabs are highly rated and considered delicious.
      You can also add Okhotsk hairy crab to your dinner.
